Purpose & Values: We Are Still Here

TSblog

Hello everyone,

I had paused our blog for some time, focusing energy elsewhere but decided to start fresh. It's been a journey, and I'm excited to share some updates and thoughts that have been on my mind.

An Update on the Business

Over the past few months, I've been working hard to make significant improvements to the business. Development is a key value at Thrive Safe and every little tweak and reflection contributes to enhanced learning and better service delivery. The focus remains on creating a supportive and empowering environment for everyone involved. I have had some phenomenal sessions in recent months, meeting such wonderful people. Every moment contributes to our mission of bring mental health and trauma awareness into workplaces, education providers, and our communities.

A Deep Sense of Purpose

There is so much I want to contribute. Every day, I am inspired by the resilience and courage from survivors I have had the honour to meet. They are my motivation to keep these vital conversations going. Their strength and determination remind me of the importance of Thrive Safe's work and the difference we can make together.

Breaking the Silence on Mental Health

Throughout my journey, I have met countless individuals who have had challenges with their mental health, often feeling alone in this experience. This isolation is something we need to break. Mental health should never have been be a taboo topic and somehow it still can be.

Our blog will be a platform to address these issues openly and honestly. We will share resources, personal stories, and expert advice to support those who are struggling. Together, we can create a culture of understanding and compassion, where everyone feels safe to speak their truth.

Moving Forward

As we relaunch this blog, I am committed to making it a space for meaningful dialogue and support. Your stories, feedback, and participation are crucial to this journey. Let's continue to support each other, learn together, and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Thank you for being a part of this community. Here's to a new chapter filled with hope, resilience, and positive change.

With gratitude,

Emma
